Holistic Nutrition is created as a private entity  through which women and men may interact, share information, experiences, provide services, support, and more;

All activities through or within the entity occur within the private domain only, under an unincorporated association;

Your choosing to collaborate herein confirms your affirmation to this agreement and choice to enter into, and establish, this agreement of your own free will;

You attest that your actions are by you in your right and private capacity as a man/woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency, entity, and or organization whose purpose is to enforce legal codes, acts, or statutes where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; you understand that this will be considered a trespass by way of barratry under the jurisdiction of Equity and liable to pay compensation for the trespass under this agreement, in the amount of $1,000,000 plus $1/minute the trespass continues;

You understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement and may be pressed in a court of law / equity by and between those of mankind only;

All who donate and or compensate for time and or property through this website or through any other outlet of Holistic Nutrition, do so as a man or woman in the private;

Any information you provide to this site or through any portal for Holistic Nutrition you do so in the private and will be kept private as your property;

We have the right to change this agreement, and your continued use of the site and the services therein will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these laws;
