Years as a high level gymnast, introduced to me the power of food for performance. That performance lead me from the gymnastic spring floor to the stage of Miss America then, into the halls of one of the top hospital internship programs in the country. My time at Massachusetts General Hospital as part of Harvard's Teaching Hospital System taught  the conventional knowledge of a Registered Dietitian, but life often trumps the best of teachers. It was through my various adjunct studies and life experiences that lead to the work I do now. Quite different then what I was taught.  Trama informed and yoga certified it takes a well rounded practitioner to fully nourish a path towards healing.
