As a high level gymnast, I was introduced to the power of food for performance at a young age. Amazed and intrigued, I longed to know more. So after my undergraduate studies, I interned at Massachusetts General Hospital as part of Harvard's Teaching Hospital. I am a registered dietitian, a CNSD-certified practitioner, hold a 200-hour Yoga Instructor Certification, and am currently studying to be a Germanic New Medicine facilitator.
